Job Summary
Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling, plan and manage the shop work plan, and communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates, scheduling changes, and billing concerns. Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers, secure parts for scheduled work, hold external vendors accountable for quality and timeliness, and drive customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with district billing clerks and support other projects as assigned to optimize shop productivity and service delivery.
