Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator role in Oakey, QLD within Bundaberg Molasses. Key responsibilities include processing and recording sales orders, invoices, spot sale bookings, rebates, customer contracts, account enquiries, and loading points; maintaining weekly production figures, bill of materials for new products, processing freight transactions and maintaining freight rates; purchasing and receiving products, processing external molasses purchases, maintaining product pricing and price lists, creditor details, and inventory control with stocktakes and discrepancy investigations. The role collaborates with Production Manager and Sales/Marketing to ensure smooth coordination of customer service, administration, sales processing and inventory activities. Requires 2+ years accounts receivable or administration experience, ERP experience (SAP/Pronto or similar), strong computer and MS Office skills, driver’s licence, excellent communication and organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive, independent yet team-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ accounts receivable or administration experience within a similar environment
- Experience using SAP, Pronto or similar ERP systems
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Current driver’s licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and motivated approach to work
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a small team environment
- A positive “can do” attitude and willingness to assist where required
