Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator at Mariposa Dairy in Lindsay, Ontario. Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service through development and execution of world class systems and processes, acting as the interface between the customer and internal logistics, production planning and sales. Focuses on enabling easy ordering, accurate product delivery, invoicing, and prompt responses to inquiries, while ensuring customer orders, near-term demand forecasts, and billing information are accurate and timely. Emphasizes integrity, growth, and resilience in delivering collaborative, value-driven service and continuous improvement in processes.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years’ customer service experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- ERP/MRP experience (Business Central an asset)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
