Job Summary
Manage the sales order process from initiation to delivery, verifying transaction data including item descriptions, pricing, and shipping locations to ensure accuracy. Obtain required customer information to process orders, monitor open order reporting for scheduled pick-up or delivery times, and execute freight and customer claims. Resolve internal and external administrative inquiries, establish client relationships with distribution buyers, and communicate with the sales team regarding order transaction issues. Evaluate sales performance, monitor purchase order exceptions, and manage final billing to close out orders on a timely basis. Maintain accurate customer profiles in the ERP system and adhere to agreed turnaround times while supporting supply chain and logistic solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

- Must possess adequate vision, hearing, and verbal communication skills to meet essential job performance and safety standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to regularly perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, bending, stooping, squatting, and using hands for detailed tasks
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, climbing, and using hand and power tools, including pallet jacks, scales, ladders, and standard material handling and cleaning equipment
- Capable of safely lifting up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day
- Ability to handle heavier items with proper lifting equipment or team-assisted techniques
- Ability to work in elevated positions, at up to 50 feet
- Must be able to work in limited or cramped spaces
- Ability to extend arms into machinery for inspection, cleaning, or maintenance tasks
- Ability to follow all established safety protocols
- Ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Ability to handle exposure to odors, dust, moderate noise levels, and fluctuations in temperature and ventilation
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to follow safety protocols regarding safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, hairnets, uniforms, and face shields
- Ability to Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Ability to manage allergen control

- Ability to manage regulatory requirements
- Ability to ensure the presence of visitors, contractors, and customers are documented

- Ability to Exhibit an understanding of quality and food safety standards
