Job Summary
Handle incoming calls and resolve issues for Ryder customers as part of the Ryder Assist Now team; research invoices and explain charges, enter call cases into Salesforce, and maintain high-quality customer interactions to build loyalty. The role emphasizes strong verbal and written communication, multitasking in a fast-paced call-center environment, and collaboration with teammates to deliver accurate, timely information. Training begins with 3 weeks of on-site, hybrid instruction in Alpharetta, GA, after which you will work remotely.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- One (1) year or more experience in truck industry
- One (1) year or more experience working with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Operate effectively as part of a in a call center environment
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
