Job Summary
Maximize sales performance through proper rotation, displays, signage, and inventory of processed merchandise while meeting consistent sales goals. Represent Goodwill Keystone Area positively by providing excellent customer service to all customers, donors, and employees. Train and develop sales associates, ensure merchandising guidelines are followed, and complete paperwork accurately for opening/closing procedures and cash handling. Assist with staff support, enforce organizational policies, and perform store opening and closing duties as assigned. Participate in interviewing candidates for entry-level roles, administer associate evaluations, and act as backup to the Customer Service Manager. Ensure compliance with asset protection policies and promote workplace safety by adhering to all requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- three (3) years related experience
- Must be able to work in an open warehouse environment being exposed to various weather and temperatures
- Must exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics
- Must be able to continuously perform repetitive work at a set pace
- Ability to communicate effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- possess the ability to hear, speak and write
- Must have basic math skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings
- Must complete and successfully pass State background check
- Must complete and successfully pass Child Abuse Clearance
- Must complete and successfully pass FBI Clearance
