Job Summary

Customer Service Coordinator role focused on supporting front-end operations, sales growth, and customer service within Goodwill Keystone Area. Responsible for training and developing sales associates, enforcing merchandising and store procedures, handling cash with accuracy, supporting policy compliance, opening/closing procedures, and assisting in interviews and evaluations. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic retail environment, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Emphasizes creating a positive customer experience, safeguarding assets, and promoting workplace safety.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; or three (3) years related experience
  • POS and basic computer experience preferred
  • Must be able to work in an open warehouse environment being exposed to various weather and temperatures
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and evenings
  • Must complete and successfully pass State background check, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance
