Job Summary
Customer Service Officer in DP World’s Global Freight team oversees end-to-end shipment execution, maintains client relationships, proactively monitors shipments, handles purchase orders, and supports onboarding and transition of new business. Responsibilities include resolving issues, coordinating with operations and vendors (maintenance, repair, charging providers), maintaining accurate operational data with advanced Excel, and providing timely customer updates. Requires fluent Mandarin and English, 5+ years in import freight operations and customer service, strong Excel with Cargowise experience, and solid stakeholder management to support delivery performance and growth of existing accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in import freight operations and customer service
- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with Cargowise (WiseTech) experience
- Ability to manage operational issues independently and work to deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills
