Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator responsible for building relationships with customers, requesting quotes, and processing orders. Requires maintaining knowledge of customer base and products, handling quotes, expediting orders when necessary, liaising with Sales Team, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining project folders and documentation (including kickoff meetings and EOL coordination). Also responsible for resolving inquiries, ensuring accurate order/quote information, and upholding company policies and guiding principles with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Two to four years related experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
