Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate orders, quotes, samples, and detail requests; respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints; maintain accurate job history in the ERP system and Sales folders; enter orders in JD Edwards (JDE) and prepare orders for scheduling; manage quotes and pricing for reps/customers; facilitate communication among customers, contractors, architects, and internal teams; provide solutions and initiate preventative/corrective actions while maintaining professional relationships and multitasking across responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience using online ordering platforms
- Experience providing technical support
- Experience using MS Suite and ERP software
- Experience in architectural, construction, or engineering firms or similar is preferred
