Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator responsible for responding to and managing inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customer accounts across multiple channels (in person, phone, email, social media). Must communicate effectively, understand customer needs, document interactions, and provide prompt solutions. Role includes data collection/record-keeping, coordination with clients/servicers, and maintaining positive relationships to deliver quality service under pressure. Strong problem-solving, patience, empathy, and ability to assist with inbound calls, warm leads, and basic service-order/data-entry tasks. Onsite position located at the Amherst, NY facility with training and opportunities to support scheduling, order modifications, and customer communications.
