Customer Service Coordinator Benelux

Job Summary
Manage all orders and queries from Benelux customers; build and maintain a strong long-term relationship with Benelux-based team and customers to maximise sales growth; ensure Teleflex is positioned as a key preferred supplier in medical devices; process orders received via telephone/fax/post promptly; handle stock, deliveries, invoicing, product queries, literature and sample requests; address customer complaints and escalate product issues as needed; coordinate with warehouse and purchasing to ensure deliveries/returns; act as principal contact for designated key accounts and liaise with the sales force on quotations and information; perform daily invoicing and billing corrections; maintain adherence to Teleflex Quality Management system; contribute to special projects; requires fluency in French and Leaving Certificate level education (or similar); hybrid work arrangement (LI-hybrid).
