Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator role focused on handling order processing and coordination across departments. Responsibilities include reviewing and entering customer purchase orders using proprietary software, managing order statuses from estimating to takeoff, sending orders to manufacturing, releasing orders, and adjusting prices per established guidelines. The CSC will interact with customers and Sales Representatives, assist with processing, scheduling, order changes, product issues, and customer claims, and collaborate with internal resources on projects while developing knowledge of product offerings and price book.
