Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and pick-up of medical equipment and supervision of individuals who perform these services. Responsibilities include managing the equipment inventory, supplies and fleet vehicles, working closely with district management to ensure customer retention and serving as subject matter expert in equipment processing, inspection and in-servicing. The role provides training and supports key daily office functions, including record keeping and billing. Requires shift from 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday with weekend coverage as needed; offers $27/hour plus $0.50 shift differential and full benefits. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and potential for DOT certification; able to lift up to 75 pounds; flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-focused skills required, along with organizational and safety/regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of supervision/management or customer excellence experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of hospital medical equipment preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license and potential for DOT certification (if applicable)
