Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator helps students, prospective clients, and campus visitors by managing calls, messages, appointments, and general inquiries. Responsibilities include greeting on-site visitors, routing calls, handling mail and faxes, updating calendars, and performing clerical duties while ensuring adherence to Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies. Requires strong multitasking and effective communication; English is the primary language with bilingual abilities useful but not required. This is a full-time role at our Las Vegas campus with employee benefits.
