Job Summary
Provide front-line customer service to students, prospective clients, and campus visitors. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, routing calls and messages, managing appointment calendars, handling mail and faxes, taking payments for services, and performing general clerical duties (filing, photocopying, data entry). Requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-service mindset; on-site campus environment with a standard full-time schedule in Albuquerque, NM.
Required Qualifications
