Job Summary
Conduct customer service and sales operations by greeting clients, assisting with cashiering across in-store, online, and mobile platforms, and operating point-of-sale systems. Manage the sales floor by re-merchandising, straightening, and ensuring the area remains runway-ready and clutter-free. Support the fitting room experience by sorting and returning clothing to the floor while maintaining organized stockrooms and accurate ticketing. Handle merchandise logistics including receiving freight, unloading, and fulfilling customer orders with quality packing standards. Utilize inventory management systems to process shipments and scan merchandise in accordance with operational and asset protection standards. Work a flexible schedule with continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, lifting items up to 25 pounds occasionally, and adhere to all store technologies and standards.

- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
- Reaching for and lifting items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- Assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms (in-store, online and mobile)
- Operating a point-of-sale system
- Bagging items of all size
- Handling bulky sometimes heavy items including boxes
- Ensure a seamless and friendly experience
