Job Summary
Designs, programs, and tests Mikron control systems (Advanced Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI) for industrial machinery; participates in onsite installs and debugging; supports electrical design, BOM/IO list creation, and project documentation; requires hands-on experience with PLC/HMI, servo motion, VFDs, safety circuits, and integrating 3rd-party equipment; travel up to 70% for installations and support, with overtime. Strong knowledge of NFPA 79, UL 508A, NEC, electrical schematics, IO setup, and industrial networking; familiarity with C# or OO languages is a plus; proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP tooling; must be eligible to work in the United States and hold a valid driver license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor of Engineering degree and 5 years of relevant working experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid state Driver license
- Willing and able to travel 70% of the year with overtime of 25%
- Must be available to work overtime
