Job Summary
The Contact Center Representative supports college-wide enrollment efforts through recruitment call support to prospective students. The position requires excellent telephone skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to meet conversion goals in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma and previous customer service or sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Internet savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office product, including Outlook
- High degree of phone etiquette, problem solving, and ability to build rapport
