Job Summary
Customer Service Consultant role focused on delivering high-quality service to residential and commercial customers, handling escalated calls, researching and resolving complex issues, and leveraging cross-sell opportunities to generate additional revenue. Responsibilities include responding to escalated customer inquiries, addressing both residential and commercial service changes, maintaining performance metrics, coordinating with supervisors, and entering service data into billing/scheduling systems. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, with emphasis on professionalism and customer-first service. Minimum qualification is a High School diploma or GED with a track record in high-volume customer service and phone sales.
Required Qualifications

- Two years of prior customer service experience in a high volume call center environment
- One year of prior telephone sales experience
- Pay range: $23.40-$32.17 per hour (equivalent annuals: $48,672 to $66,914)
