Customer Service Consultant - Control Tower

Customer Service Consultant in Maersk's Control Tower responsible for managing tailor-made logistics solutions and end-to-end shipment execution. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, carriers, terminals, inland teams, customs, finance and internal Maersk stakeholders to monitor requirements, milestones and service levels, handle shipment lifecycle, resolve issues, and drive a reliable customer experience. Need strong planning and coordination, proactive problem-solving, ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment, and effective communication with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. You will support process standardization, digital tooling adoption, and continuous improvement, while maintaining ownership of customer-facing results and ensuring timely, accurate updates to customers and teams.
