Job Summary
Greeting customers in person or on the phone, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance; assisting collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient repairs; adherence to Caliber’s SOPs and insurance industry guidelines; responsibilities include customer service delivery in a fast-paced auto collision repair environment; requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer facing experience
- sales experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Ability to perform physical activity and lift objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Provide personable, friendly “World Class” customer service to internal and external customers
