Customer Service Consultant

Greeting customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance. Assist collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork, and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs following Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.
