Job Summary
Greet customers in person or by phone; determine customer needs; provide guidance and assistance; assist collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles; arrange customer transportation; prepare paperwork; perform active customer deliveries; communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs; adhere to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer facing experience
- sales experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
