Job Summary
Customer Service Co-ordinator focused on handling ~80 calls daily as the first contact for queries or orders regarding community healthcare equipment. You will coordinate orders for delivery, installation and collection by Driver Technicians, perform order analysis to identify errors on online orders, and handle invoicing via the online system, while providing general administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. Strong telephone-based customer service experience, attention to detail, diary management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. Exeter-based role with options for flexible working where possible.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment
- Relevant telephone based customer service experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous administration and diary management experience
- Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email
- Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems
