Customer Service/ Closing PIC (Person in Charge) - Rainbow Blossom New Albany Market

Customer Service Team Member/Closing PIC responsible for being the primary on-floor contact during shifts, assisting customers and staff with questions, assigning tasks, monitoring breaks, and helping manage staffing; open or close the store including safe and register counts; maintain safety and operations standards; provide excellent customer service, help customers locate products, process purchases, stock shelves, and keep the store organized; reports to Store Manager and must have open availability with nights/weekends and up to 30 hours per week; requires strong communication, professionalism, flexibility, and a friendly customer-focused approach.
