Job Summary
Customer Service Clerk at R+L Carriers Owensboro Service Center. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, assisting customers and other employees with tracking and monitoring freight movement, using customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, resolving issues, and supporting freight tracing with customers. Requires strong communication/telephone skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic Windows/Outlook proficiency, and typing 30+ WPM. Full-time, Monday–Friday, various shifts; starting wage $18.76/hour with benefits including vacation and access to company resorts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication/telephone skills
- General office and customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
