Job Summary
Customer Service Clerk (FT) at an Oakland, CA service center. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, assisting with tracking and monitoring freight movement, using customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued, and resolving issues. Duties include daily freight tracing with customers, assisting other terminals with freight-related issues, and performing other related duties. Requires strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, critical thinking, general office and customer service experience, basic Microsoft Windows/Outlook skills, and typing 30+ WPM.
