Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer service at the store checkout, operating electronic scanning cash registers and money-handling machines, processing payments including loyalty program sign-ups, and selling money orders, lottery tickets, and gift cards. Maintain front desk cleanliness, restock display areas, handle returns, and ensure adherence to uniform and grooming policies. Must demonstrate strong customer service, cash handling, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
