Job Summary
Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the checkout lane while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Record items at correct prices, verify identification for alcohol purchases, and follow strict cash handling procedures to manage over/short records. Assist with bagging orders, check registers for missing items, and control shrink by monitoring for theft and inaccuracies. Notify managers of customer inquiries, pricing errors, or security issues, and ensure work areas remain clean and safe. Return carts and baskets, assist in training new associates, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Successful completion of e-learnings and department training programs.
