Customer Service Cashier

Operate the cash register and Point-of-Sale system to ensure all cash-handling transactions comply with site accounting, cash handling, and security policies. Provide quality customer service by interacting positively with shoppers, managing complaints, and actively selling products. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and product quality while adhering to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment guidelines. Secure cash, manage shift console balances, and conduct food and equipment temperature checks. Prepare products for merchandising, clean bar equipment, and ensure all site checklists are completed. Respond to site emergencies and participate in mandatory training and drills. Support the Shift Leader and Station Supervisor with station goals and initiatives.
