Job Summary
Answer customer questions, solve problems, and assist patrons at the courtesy booth and cash office. Accurately handle cash, process refunds, sell gift cards and tobacco products, and record totals in the Point-Of-Sale system. Resolve complaints to customer satisfaction and notify management of potential shrink or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records for accounting, ensure cleanliness and safety standards, and support cashiers during breaks. This role requires working a flexible schedule based on store needs and completing all department trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be passionate about people and committed to customer service excellence
- Must be able to work as a team member and interact positively with customers
- Must possess a high standard of integrity and reliability
- Successful completion of all e-learnings and department trainings
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location
- Ability to use company computer programs and applications pertinent to cash office operations
- Authorized to work within the U.S.
- Must meet federal, state and local age regulations in regards to the sale of alcohol and tobacco
