Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, build loyalty, and sell products while collecting cash and debit payments. Clean the facility, restrooms, and equipment using Process Cards, then stock shelves and maintain assigned "PRIDE" areas. Prepare fast food, operate machinery safely, and instruct customers on self-serve equipment. Resolve basic service issues, take inventory, and prepare reports for funds and products. Complete the behavioral assessment during application. Work various shifts, weekends, and extended hours in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 25 pounds and enduring temperature changes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must be able to work outside during all seasons (summer heat, winter cold and rain)
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high energy level
- Must be able to work various shifts, weekends, extended hours, and to change work schedules on short notice
