Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide updates on pricing, availability, and shipping. Resolve order, shipping, and billing issues while ensuring a positive customer experience. Manage returns, warranty claims, and identify opportunities to offer additional products or services. Requires 2–5 years of customer service or related experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, $23–$25/hour, temp-to-hire.
