Job Summary
Cabinet Coordinator role handling incoming requests via email, providing lead times, and supporting Chadwell Representatives. Responsibilities include data entry of measurements, requesting quotes from vendors, processing stock orders, quotes, and returns, providing substitutes for backordered items, processing credit card authorizations on open orders, and communicating with sales, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve conflicts. Requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel, attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work in a self-managed, team-oriented environment. Role offers full-time hours (40/week), a hybrid option after training, weekends off, and comprehensive benefits, with a salary of $18/hour ($18 × 2080 = $37,440 annualized).
