Customer Service Broker - Personal Lines

Conduct renewal reviews and handle outbound calls to existing clients to ensure customer retention targets are met. Provide quality customer service and professional expert advice, including giving claims advice, reporting claims, and following up on claims. Liaise with insurers to build and maintain relationships while administering policy changes within partner portals. Review policies and make recommendations as required, adhering to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners. Coordinate and follow up on client documents while responding to incoming calls to service customer needs. Manage time effectively by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires Alberta level 1 licence with Level 2 preferred, minimum 2+ years of insurance experience, and a positive attitude.
