Job Summary

Provide multilingual customer service and technical support for a luxury automotive brand in Madrid, handling inquiries in Portuguese, English, and Spanish via phone and email. Role is full-time with a hybrid schedule: on-site at client offices in Madrid 3 days per week and remote 2 days. Requires native/bilingual Portuguese, advanced English and Spanish, and experience in technical support; familiarity with automotive terminology is advantageous. On-the-job training is provided; salary includes language bonus and a 39-hour work week from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • Native or bilingual level in Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Advanced Spanish (mandatory)
  • Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate
  • Experience in technical support (preferably in technology sector)
