Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and enrolled families via phone and email to guide them through registration, enrollment, scheduling, and required documentation. Process registrations accurately, ensuring proper billing, scheduling, and account setup while tracking subsidy-related progress and communicating next steps. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across registration and customer service workflows by building automated communications, reminders, and follow-up sequences using approved systems. Create standard operating procedures, templates, and training materials for registration and enrollment workflows to reduce manual administrative work. This role serves as a trusted resource for families navigating childcare assistance programs, developing expertise in subsidy eligibility and application processes. Work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support enrollment growth and improve family access.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, registration, enrollment, or client-facing operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning and using digital systems and technology platforms
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with childcare subsidy programs, public benefits navigation, enrollment services, case management, or family support services
- Experience using CRM systems, workflow tools, or process automation platforms
- Experience using AI tools or technology to improve administrative processes
