Job Summary
Engage customers to manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and operate the point of sale system. Perform barista duties, manage bar functions, and assist with setup and reset of function spaces. Troubleshoot gaming machines, deliver food offerings, and provide information on venue promotions and payouts. Work a rotating roster covering mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, school holidays, and public holidays. This role requires a driver's license and reliable vehicle due to limited public transport access at the Dural location. Candidates must hold RSA and RCG.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster including: school holidays, public holiday, nights, and weekend work
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- RSA & RCG
- Must have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle or be prepared to utilise ride sharing in the absence of public transport
- Employment in this position is subject to a satisfactory criminal history record check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a food & beverage attendant, gaming attendant or barista in a hospitality venue (highly desirable)
