Job Summary
Receive delivery of soft drinks, bakery products, and specialty foods at client locations. Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with pastries and packaged foods, then place stock on shelves or racks. Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products and oversee merchandise ordering while collecting unsold or stale items. Collect money from machines, communicate positively with customers through eye contact and smiling, and perform routine maintenance and sanitation of vending areas. Maintain clean vending spaces while managing inventory levels.
Required Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees
- Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
