Job Summary
Greet customers with eye contact and a smile while helping them understand and maximize the value of the Unlimited Wash Pass. Support site operations through safety checks, equipment monitoring, and basic preventative maintenance to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Participate in training, coaching, and continuous development opportunities within a fast-paced, team-oriented shift. This active, outdoor role requires standing for most of the shift, working in varying weather conditions, and bending or lifting up to 50 lbs near moving equipment. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $26.56 per hour, with additional increases available through performance milestones.
Required Qualifications
- willingness to uphold the Appearance Policy

- willingness to stand for most of the shift (up to 98%)
- willingness to bend, walk, and occasionally lift 15–50 lbs
- willingness to work near moving equipment in a loud environment
