Job Summary
Customer Service Associate (CSA) handles warehouse coordination for inbound/outbound shipments, coordinates paperwork with 3rd-party trucking partners, monitors documentation with tracking systems, verifies orders using scanners, communicates with truck drivers and team members to ensure accurate load verification, assists with warehouse activities when the Supervisor is unavailable, ensures proper storage and on-time delivery of customer products, maintains inventory accuracy and damage documentation, and supports a safe warehouse environment. Must have at least 1 year shipping/receiving experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a High School diploma or GED. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Coopersville, MI or Spring Lake, MI with weekend or weekday shifts; starting pay is $19.50/hour with typical warehouse benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Shipping/Receiving experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using PCs, scanners, calculators, and related equipment
- Strong typing speed (35+ WPM)
- SAP experience is a plus
