Customer Service Associate

Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously. Prepare food items including breakfast, sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while keeping the coffee station clean. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification. Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, then complete housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and emptying trash. Maintain a safe environment by following all established policies and procedures. This role supports Wawa's mission of putting people first across locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, and Washington D.C.
