Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences at our Triple Shift Entertainment venues by assisting guests with bowling and gaming operations, maintaining high guest-service and cleaning standards, assisting with food service, front desk support, and venue cleaning tasks. Responsibilities include guiding guests to bowling ramps and balls, stocking and organizing supplies, cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas, handling trash, sanitizing gaming and vending areas, and supporting management with special assignments and daily operations. Training is provided onsite, and the role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided onsite
- Minimum of 16 years old
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for an entire shift
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Work varied hours/days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must show up for all company required meetings and scheduled shifts on time
