Job Summary
Customer Service Associate role focusing on order entry, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment. Responsibilities include processing orders and quotes in Prophet 21, tracking open orders, communicating status with customers and Sales, supporting sample requests, claims, and returns, prioritizing daily tasks, monitoring inventory, and escalating issues to ensure timely delivery. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
