Job Summary
Customer Service Associate Trainee responsible for processing register transactions, handling donations, promoting Round-Up donations, stocking and maintaining the sales floor, and supporting cross-training as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder. Duties include opening/closing procedures as needed, maintaining a clean, organized store, identifying prices, using phones/paging systems for announcements, and delivering excellent customer service with effective communication and task prioritization.
