Job Summary
Coordinate client and staff engagement by managing onboarding, scheduling, cancellations, and emergency coverage for temporary absences. Process applications and referrals through preliminary screening, consent, and risk management while handling complaints, document management, and report processing. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and external partners, triaging all calls and emails to appropriate personnel. Provide coaching, development, and oversight to the CSA team, including initial training and orientation for new hires. Ensure a high-quality, customer-centered approach to service provision under the direction of the Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to achieve high levels of customer service and have a solution-focused approach to service are essential for this position.
- Must have at least two years of administrative experience
- Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Suite
- Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Must be able to multitask effectively
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess a reliable means of transportation
Desired Qualifications
- College diploma in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous leadership experience is beneficial
- Previous experience working with scheduling systems and data collection software is preferred
- Knowledge of human resources practices, labour laws, the Employment Standards Act, and Accessible Customer Service Standards is an asset
- Experience working within a community-based, non-profit environment preferred
