Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of store, office, and storage areas to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, and safety. Process customer transactions by receiving cash, making change, issuing receipts, quoting prices, and handling refunds. Adhere strictly to the Kocolene policy and training manuals while accurately recording sales and verifying cash registers. Clock in and out for shifts, manage break times, and cover team member absences. Maintain proper change funds and verify inventory counts. Perform duties in a fast-paced environment requiring eight hours of standing and frequent movement.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to stand up to eight hours
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
