Job Summary
Handles the incoming calls from patients for Customer Service and performs all customer service duties focused on resolving the phone call and written communications within systems; responsibilities include answering patient questions regarding statements, posting guarantor payments, setting up payment plans within policies, researching and resolving account issues identified by patients, connecting patients with financial counseling for charity screening, communicating patient balances, and meeting department collection goals while delivering excellent customer service. Requires knowledge of all areas of the Revenue Cycle, ability to work remotely with a secure home office and reliable internet, and willingness to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require. This remote position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development; compensation includes an hourly pay range of $17.00-$18.65 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CRCR certification within 9 months of hire
- 1-2 years healthcare industry experience preferred
Desired Qualifications

- Remote work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management across the Revenue Cycle
- Ability to research and resolve account issues
- Experience in physician and hospital operations
