Job Summary
Manage the entire order processing lifecycle by assigning, reviewing, approving, and distributing customer order documents to appropriate departments. Respond to internal and external inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face contact while ensuring timely and accurate information delivery. Print and collect Metal Trace Reports (MTRs) from the Metal Trace system, confirm product accuracy against manufacturer data, and resolve customer service issues to ensure material and document delivery. Review and approve complete order packets with 100% accuracy, support warehouse operations as needed, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Good written and verbal/oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office software and Adobe.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Customer service experience.
- MTR qualification is required.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently.
- Frequently required to stand
